Why I Became A Team Beachbody Coach – I receive emails from people all of the time asking me if they should become a coach. I usually ask a few questions, and get all kinds of answers. In the end, they usually just come up with a bunch of excuses. Why? Because they do not have a strong enough “why”. They tell me that they do not think that they are in good enough shape to be a coach. My response is always the same. You do not need to be a fitness expert, nutritionist, or even in the shape that you want to be. Being a coach is about getting into the best shape of your life, and helping others do the same.
I recently reached the Emerald Coach level. I received an award, and what it says on it describes my “why” perfectly. It reads, “Help people achieve their goals and enjoy a healthy. fulfilling life”. That is why I became a coach, and why I want to teach you How To Become A Beachbody Coach.
I have always had a passion for fitness. I am an athlete, a NYS Certified Physical Education teacher, and I coach high school sports. I love helping people get into shape. It is one of the most rewarding feelings that I think you can achieve. You need to understand that it is about more than just helping them achieve a beach body. It is about saving lives. It is about fighting diabetes, obesity and heart disease. It is about taking someone that is hopeless and giving them hope. Beachbody coaches do so much more than help people lose weight, or build muscle. We help people feel better about themselves. We help people gain confidence, improve self esteem, and lives healthy, fulfilling lives. That is why I am a Team Beachbody Coach.
