Coffee Coffee Coffee!

Yesterday you had a lot of reading to do. Today I am going to keep it short and sweet! Let’s get this settled once and for all. Is coffee OK to drink? YES, in moderation. 1 – 2 cups per day can actually have many benefits. More than that and you may start doing more harm than good. In fact, it is hard to believe but coffee is the top source of antioxidants in the American diet. It contains more than 1,000 antioxidants! IMPORTANT – Try to stick to Organic Coffee . There is a LOT of junk that can get into non organic coffee!
ACTION STEP – If you are drinking more than 2 cups a day, it is time for a change. Stick with your morning cup with breakfast (remember to drink your 8-16 ounces of water 10-30 minutes before breakfast though, and have another cup in the early afternoon. You do not want to drink coffee too late in the day, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine. It will interfere with your sleep, which we will talk more about on a later day. Also – Drink a MINIMUM 2 glasses of water today!
