Challenge Move – Push Up To Side Plank With Optional Dip

This is a great move to hit a lot of muscles.  The push up to side plank will work your chest, shoulders, arms and core, with a little burn in the legs if you hold the side planks for awhile.  I love this move because it delivers results, you can do it right in the living room, and it requires no equipment.  Also, my cat, Kit Kat, makes her cameo in this video!
