Sweet Move For Bigger Biceps

It doesn’t matter what muscle you are looking to develop.  Whether it is your biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings or anything else, you need to have a variety of moves that you use in order to get real results.  In this video I am sharing just one bicep move to help you out.

One thing I love about this move is it can easily be done with both dumbbells or bands.  You don’t need to do it with every bicep routine.  Just mix it in once in awhile.  You can also do it with hammer curls, or a reversed grip with bands.
