Pour a Drink for Great Shoulders

Can you pour a drink?  If so, you have a pretty good idea how to start sculpting your shoulders.  The shoulders are are complex muscle (muscles) to work.  There is a lot going on, and a huge number of people have shoulder injuries.  Try to incorporate this move, but start with VERY light weights.
