Lots of people think that simply lifting heavy will get them the results that they want. WRONG! If you are not lifting properly, you are asking for an injury. Plus, if you are not going through the full range of motion, you are not working the muscle as effectively as you could.  If you are going to be taking the time to workout, why not do it the right way?
