Heavy Weight vs Full Range of Motion

Have you ever been to the gym and seen someone trying to lift a weight that was clearly too heavy for them?  Maybe they just selected the wrong weight, no big deal……right?  Then they do it again……..and again………and again.  The weight is so heavy that they can’t go through the range of motion.  While there are exceptions to just about every rule out there, this message is for the overwhelming majority of people looking to get fit.
