Tea Anyone? Not a tea drinker, you still need to read this, because you should be!
For thousands of years people have been drinking tea. They knew way back then that it had benefits, and guess what……nothing has changed! Well, maybe not nothing. What has changed is our understanding of just how helpful it is and why. Not only do we know that it had incredible antioxidant properties, but a research group in Finland found that tea can play a major role in fighting depression.
Action Step – Get to the store and pick up some organic green tea. Oh yea, and have a glass! Just one is OK for today, but ideally you will start drinking 2-3 glasses per day. If you really can’t stand green tea, pick a different tea, but make sure that is organic!
Also, just like yesterday, I want you to strive for at least 3 glasses of water today.
