Challenge Move – The Sphinx Push Up

The Sphinx Push Up is a great move to ad to your workout routine.  It can be tough, but give it a try.  If you can’t do it, it is something to work on.   If you can, try it with your feet up on a chair.  If that is still too easy for you, put your feet up on a large exercise ball.  OK, here it is.

If you are looking for more challenging moves, this is one right out of P90X2.  I am always looking for feedback, so let me know what you think about this move.  Also, if there are any areas that you are having trouble working, let me know, and I will get a video up of some moves to help you out.
