For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Joe Malone. I am certified in Physical Education and work with various fitness companies. So why am I doing this JNL Fusion Review? I love looking at fitness programs for various reasons. 1st, I am passionate about fitness, and I am always learning new moves and techniques from the various programs. 2nd, I hate seeing people waste their money on programs that aren’t right for them. If you decide to buy based on my review, you can simply ORDER JNL FUSION HERE.
What Do You Get With JNL Fusion?
The package that you receive is pretty much the same as you receive with any fitness program. You get the DVDs, a workout calender, and a guide to help you with your fitness and nutrition. The reason that most major programs include all of this is because they work. So, if Jennifer’s program includes all of that, it is off to a good start. One thing that I like about JNL Fusion is that it includes a larger number of workouts. You receive 12 DVD’s with this program, which is more than most programs include. That sounds great, but only if the workouts are high quality. I could throw together 12 horrible workout DVDs and it would be worthless. So, let’s take a look at the actual quality of the workouts, and whether or not this program is for you.
Reviewing The JNL Fusion Workouts
A lot of times when a new program comes out they coin a term. If you have ever done P90X, you heard the term “muscle confusion” a lot. With JNL Fusion, the term is “Super Spiking”. This is the workout principal that Jennifer Nicole Lee stands behind, and it is what she used to make the transformation that you see to the left. That is Jennifer’s before and after. Seeing as how it is the basis for all of the workouts, what is super spiking? The principal behind this system is combining weight training with 30 second “super spikes” of cardio to get your heart rate up. Does it work? Jennifer tells you yes. Here is what I think and why.
Have you ever heard the term “Target Heart Rate”. What that is referring to the optimal zone that you should be in when you workout to maximize results. The formula is simple. To find you THR you start with 220 and the subtract your age.
Ex: For a 30 year old, 220 – 30 = 190.
That 190 is your theoretical Max Heart Rate (MHR). Your target heart rate is 65 – 85% of your max heart rate. Here is how you find that.
We started with 22-30=190. Now we need to multiply the 190 x .65 for the low end of your THR, and .85 for the high end.
190 x .65 = 123.5, we’ll make it 123
190 x .85 = 161.5, we’ll say 162
So, if you are 30 years old, you target heart rate is 123 to 162. When you workout you want your heart rate to between those numbers to maximize fat loss.
OK, why did I just explain all of that? When most people weight train, their heart rate does not get anywhere near their THR. They are breaking down muscle fibers which is needed to make stronger muscles, but they are missing out on a crucial benefit by not getting their heart rate up. They are not burning anywhere near the fat that they could be. With JNL Fusion’s Super Spiking, you are combining the weight with the elevated heart rate, allowing you to get the most out of your workouts. You are burning fat while sculpting strong, lean, sexy muscles. So, after all of that is said and done, what is my JNL Fusion Review saying? It is saying that YES – the program works!
Is JNL Fusion Worth It?
I definitely enjoy the workouts, and I know that they are an effective way to lose weight and build lean, sexy muscles. If the price fair though? Is there a JNL Fusion Discount available? The going price for this program is $120, and you will not find any discounts. This is because it is part of Body FX, a fitness based network marketing company. Even the company reps, the people that are promoting the program do not get a discount. So, is $120 worth it? Personally, I believe it is. I paid it for the program and am very happy with it. It is a comparable price to other programs of the same caliber, such as P90X. While it would be nice if a discount was available, there are none out there. If you find a chealer offer, beware, it may be a bootleg copy, which is illegal.
